 1) What exactly is an M3 ePrint?

An M3 ePrint is an electronic file secured to open using standard Internet browsers. User access, print capabilities and mobile device compatablity depend on the permissions granted by the publisher.


 2) Why am I unable to open the M3 ePrint?

A) Check your internet connection. You need to have a live internet connection to open your M3 ePrint.
B) Your Cookies might be disabled. Cookies must be enabled in order to ensure document security.
C) Your M3 ePrint access privileges may have expired. Please contact your sales representative to renew.
D) You may have your M3 ePrint open under the same email log-in on another computer or mobile device.

 3) Why do I receive the following message:
    "In order to veiw this ePrint you need the latest version of Adobe Flash Player"


A) Make sure you have installed the newest version of Adobe Flash Player.

B) Make sure you have access privileges to properly download and install Adobe Flash Player.
C) Flash is not supported by Internet Explorer 64 bit. Try viewing your ePrint in another browser version.
D) You are accessing this link from a mobile device that does not support Flash. Please contact your sales representative for a mobile device compatible format or try viewing from a desktop or laptop computer.


 4) Do I need to be connected to the internet in order to access my M3 ePrint?

Yes, the connection is necessary to access the permissions server that allows you to view and print, depending on your access privileges.


 5) Why can't I print my M3 ePrint?

A) Check your internet connection. You need to have a live connection to print your ePrint.
B) Access privileges may have expired or permission may be denied. Please contact your publisher to renew or confirm.


 6) Can I place the M3 ePrint onto my web page?

You can place the link on your webpage, while the electronic file would remain on our server. Be sure to let your publisher know how you intend to use and/or distribute the M3 ePrint.

 7) Why can't I download the M3 ePrint from a web page?

M3 ePrints are designed to be viewed within a web browser only, and will not allow end users to download.


 8) Are there any special system requirements for the M3 ePrint to work properly?

To view your M3 ePrint you will need to have an Internet connection or mobile phone data plan. The ePrint must be viewed within your Internet browser. Please ensure the browser version is recent (Internet Explorer 6, Firefox 2, Safari 3, etc).
If you are viewing an M3 Flash Print, you will need to have the most recent Adobe Flash Player installed. Mobile phone viewing is only supported by the M3 Mobile edition. Please contact your sales representative for more information.


 9) Why am I being asked for my email address?

We use your email addresses to validate your computer/device as an authorized user of the M3 ePrint.

Your email address will not be distributed and is fully secured.
